
Morgan R. Cherry is an attorney specializing in litigation of personal injury claims. Before beginning her career with Behm & Behm, Morgan completed internships with the city of Flint Legal Department, the Genesee County Prosecutor's Office and Genesee County Circuit Court Judge Joseph J. Farah.
Morgan graduated magna cum laude from Western Michigan University in 2003 with a Bachelors of Business Administration. After working in the business world for several years, Morgan decided to begin law school and earned a spot in the highly competitive Dean Charles K. King Scholar Honors Program at Michigan State University College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2010.
During her law school career, Morgan was a Managing Editor of the Journal of Business & Securities Law and earned jurisprudence awards, for the highest grade, in Constitutional Law I and Advanced Legal Research.
Morgan's law practice focuses solely on the representation of people who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Morgan has successfully litigated and settled cases involving premise liability, automobile negligence, no-fault automobile benefits, dog bites and general negligence
As an active member of the local legal community, Morgan was elected to serve on the Genesee County Bar Association's Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Michigan Association for Justice and an executive committee member of the Centennial American Inn of Court.
Morgan enjoys downhill skiing, theatre, golfing, and traveling. She and her husband Mark have one child.
