Brent W. Thomas is an attorney in his 8th year of practicing law and specializing in litigation of personal injury claims.
After obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a Pre-Law concentration from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, Brent attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston, earning his Juris Doctor with honors in 2003. While at Suffolk University Law School, Brent was a runner-up in the law school's mock trial competition and he received the highest score of any other student in the area of Environmental Law.
Brent's practice solely focuses on the representation of people who have suffered serious injuries due to the negligence of others. Brent has given lectures in Michigan and is a regular contributor to Michigan Lawyer's Weekly, a weekly legal newspaper, in the area of premise liability.
Brent is currently the secretary of the Flint Trial Lawyer's Association and is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice law in both Massachusetts and Michigan including all federal courts in Michigan.
Brent has litigated and settled hundreds of cases on behalf of his clients in the areas of automobile negligence, first party no-fault automobile PIP benefits, premises liability and general negligence.
While attending Northeastern University, Brent was a four-year letterman on their Division-I men's hockey team. Brent lives in Fenton with his wife Ginger Thomas. Brent is an avid outdoorsmen and continues to play hockey both locally and on a travel team that plays across the country.
